This Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for GravixChat (“Service”). By using our platform or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms below.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your GravixChat dashboard.

1.1 How Cancellation Works

  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional charges will occur after cancellation unless you reactivate your subscription.

1.2 Impact of Cancellation

After your billing period ends:

  • Your account may downgrade to a free or limited plan.
  • Access to paid features (e.g., advanced analytics, additional chat limits, document uploads, multiple chatbots) may be restricted.
  • Some data (such as chat history or analytics) may become unavailable depending on your new plan.

2. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), unless canceled prior to renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize GravixChat to:

  • Automatically charge your chosen payment method
  • Continue recurring charges until cancellation

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Rule

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Because the Service is delivered instantly and includes digital usage, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Partially used billing periods
  • Subscription time remaining after cancellation
  • Downgrades made during an active billing cycle
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Accidental purchases or renewals

3.2 Eligible Refunds (Limited Cases)

We may offer refunds only in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by our billing system
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service for an extended period
  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent
  • Legal obligations requiring refunds based on regional regulations (e.g., EU consumer rights)

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of GravixChat and may require documentation.


3.3 Free Trial Refunds

During the 7-day free trial:

  • You may cancel at any time without being charged
  • If the trial expires without cancellation, the first subscription fee is non-refundable

We encourage all users to explore the platform thoroughly during the trial period.


4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You may be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining billing period

Downgrades

  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date
  • No partial refunds or credits are provided for downgrading mid-term

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the charge multiple times
  • Your subscription may be temporarily paused
  • Access to premium features may be restricted
  • If payment is not completed, your plan may be downgraded or terminated

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent termination in cases of repeated or fraudulent disputes
